  I've lived at Chapel Ridge for almost a year now, with good and bad experiences. It is obvious the place was built quickly and isn't the best craftsmanship. It's been hit and miss w/ the management, there is one compentent person there with the others being average or apathetic to their job. People are right about the kids-they are everywhere. I haven't lived in an apartment complex in a decade, so don't have a lot to compare it to, but they have kept me up at night before. I do wish people would have more respect for the property and each other, but overall, I think it's a good value. I''ve seen a few shady characters around, but for low income housing, it's a lot safer than I imagined. I spoke with the police and they told me they drive by a lot as a precaution, not because they get a lot of calls. Overall, it's been a decent experience. PS Parking can be a pain at times.

  They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them to make this review. My family and I lived there a couple years back and when we moved in we had to sign a paper to mark everything that was wrong with the apartment so we wouldn't be at fault when we would move out and the apartment stayed the same until we moved out it even improved with new things put in it. The guy that helped us was the best one there and not suprising why he left that place as an employee. When we moved out we got screwed big time. We were promised our deposit back because we never created any damage and we were told that it would take a month to get to us. That never got back to us also they billed us $500+ supposedly we owed them and NEVER explained why. When something went wrong and you would call them nobody would ever come until you call the 2nd time and it took them days to come fix something. I chose not to believe the reviews before I moved in, I hope you choose to believe the bad ones. Who ever reads this I recommend you NEVER live here, they will try to rip you off for your money and make you responsible for damages that they couldn't fix before you moved in. WORST PLACE EVER!

  Decent place. Might be hard to see it looks like it's attached to a house. The lady that helped me was very nice. Wrote down all the details for me in the quotes. Was very honest.

• Review of "Apple Tree Children's Centers, Johnston" at Johnston

  Both of my children attend Apple Tree and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. They love waking up and always talk about what they might be doing for the day. Their teachers are incredible and with the curriculum they use I feel extremely comfortable knowing my children will be Kindergarten ready when they leave for public school.
